Bulb change is free for approx.60,000 hours by "NICHIA" High Brightness White LED.
It can be effective for place of refuse at time of disaster/place of no light Electric construction is un-necessary.

Internal Circuit is done in controller to prevent from hypercharge/hyperdischarge.
Approach of insects is less than mercury light, fluorescent due to LED characteristic.

New Design with no storage battery box.
Anchor for foundation is available separately, if required.
